It was a clean hotel, quiet. Decor was good. Staff were very friendly.

Location wasn't as convenient as other hotels such as Ibis Amman. Also the decor was more old fashioned.

The staff are great can't ask for more,

the room it self is nice however the bathroom needed an update, the shower door need replace, can't get the right mix between hot or cold water, but after all I would stay again if i'm there.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel, located on top of a hill. The hotel offered enhanced comfort and quality services. The staff here were extremely friendly and always went out of their way to assist me with any requests or changes I needed during my stay. I was impressed with the level of professionalism and helpfulness they displayed. The hotel itself was very quiet, providing a peaceful environment for relaxation.

Location is bit far from shopping areas, you need to take Taxi to reach the nearest shopping mall or street, no restaurants around.

The room was very dirty and dusty. The bed was full of dust. Could not breath and had to leave room and sleep in car at 4am. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would not stay again at hotel and would rate it 2 stars.
